MCD Grants Management Officer

•Be the focal point for all questions related to donors compliance and standards. For this purpose, s/he is responsible to read, understand and be able to explain the MCD donors guidelines;
•For all new donor, s/he is responsible to organize session(s) with the whole SMT aiming to introduce, to explain in detail and further to correlate with Tdh specificities the new donor guidelines;
•Ensure all donor guidelines and requirements are respected; In this perspective, contribute actively to strength the capacity of field staff and local partners by organizing at least once per year training(s) and providing regular follow-up support on sub-grants procedures and other related topics as needed.
•For all new donor, s/he is responsible to develop a one-pager summarizing the main key compliance and standards information relevant for Tdh;
