- Receive failure and collect corresponding impact through main reporting channels (Mainline, Stations, and depot).
- Record Service Requests/failure details through maintenance management system (MMS).
- Follow up and communicate with maintenance teams to assure efficient mobilization.
- Follow up on failure progress updates and provide clear and effective reports to the management with information vital to the decision-making process.
- Monitor the status of existing failures and follow up on the progress.
- Maintain open communication channel with Station to assure the safety and operational status of mainline asset (ex; AFC Gates, Escalators, Elevators, HVAC, and CCTV, etc).
- Produce Daily reports demonstrating daily maintenance performance and line station’s asset health.
- Regularly participate in station audit/inspection to confirm the condition of assets.
- Ensure daily work is conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations, rules, standards, and operational procedures related to railway safety.
- Work flexibly and efficiently in support of the project which include working shift rotation, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Assure the integrity and maintaining records through MMS.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those encountered in the course of the work.
- Must have solid communication, maintenance analytical and management skills.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
