Maternity Nurse Nights Only

A family from Blackheath SE London welcomed a baby boy their second child in February and are searching for a night nanny to join them 35 nights per week to start as soon as possible.

Mum and dad are keen to enlist the support of a local maternity nurse who will be able to assist 35 times per week with night support for 2 weeks ( With the possibility of extending ) to ensure they are well rested.

The ideal maternity nurse is someone with plenty of newborn experience who is qualified with a relevant post natal certificate such as MNT NEST Babyem etc and who is naturally very caring to support the family during this special time.

Duties

Provide exceptional care and support to the newborn baby during the night

Feed and settle the baby back to sleep after feeding to allow parents some much needed rest.Baby happily takes a bottle.

Nappy changes and maintain proper hygiene for the baby.

Offer guidance and share knowledge with the parents on newborn care feeding and sleeping techniques.

Monitor the babys health and wellbeing promptly reporting any concerns to the parents.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for the baby adhering to current health and safety guidelines.

Accommodation

Private bedroom with ensuite.

Salary

20gross per hour depending on experience

Hours

35 nights per week between Sunday & Thursday (between 9pm 7am 10 hours per night). 2 weeks with the possibility to extend the booking after this time.

Requirements...

• Fully enhanced DBS (criminal record) check. Agency will assist

• Paediatric first aid
