- Provide expert MNCH technical guidance in design and implementation of strategies for improving quality of MNCH services in the public and private sectors, including oversight for implementation and evaluation of innovative models and approaches to improve service delivery outcomes.
- Contribute to design and implementation of strategies to strengthen competencies of healthcare workers to provide patient-centered care and to improve accountability of providers’ performance.
- Represent the project at national and sub-national technical meetings and with private stakeholders to support co-design and institutionalization of project interventions.
- Collaborate with other project staff and stakeholders to review data, determine best measures for ongoing assessment of progress, and facilitate partnerships for improved MNCH services.
- Contribute to development of work plans, quarterly and annual reports, financial reports, and any other deliverables required by USAID.
- Lead and/or contribute to identification and documentation of the project’s successes and best practices, as well as development of publications.
