Job Description

Making sure that raw material needs for the Polyester Plant are maintained to meet daily requirements by also keeping minimum inventory on site to reach cash flow goals using SAP
Trouble shoot and resolve shipping issues in SAP
Establishes physical inventory procedures and schedules
Works as back up shipper for plants 97 and 98 which requires HAZMAT certification for DOT and IATA
Shipping and receiving of Terminal Materials for BASF
Administrative and Purchasing Functions as needed
Engage in daily receiving/warehousing/shipping operations and communicate problems
Schedule carrier pickups for bulk and packaged orders
Audit accessorial freight charges and process for payment
Organizes the finished goods warehouse and Cycle Counts product
Requirements
Excellent in English communication skills (writing and speaking)
At least 5 years experience as Material Expeditor/Coordinator
Knowledge and knowhow on the usage of SAP transactions (Material Module)
Very well verse in MS Word Excel and Power Point
Can work under pressure and can make results in very short period when given an emergency task
Can work with minimum supervision
BA/BS degree in Business Engineering Materials Management or equivalent.
