Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our clients team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in executing both offline and online marketing campaigns with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sweet treats. This role involves strategizing implementing and analyzing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility drive sales and engage our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brands products and services across offline and online channels.
- Plan and execute engaging offline campaigns including but not limited to print media events collaborations and promotions to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Manage online marketing efforts including social media campaigns email marketing SEO/SEM content creation and website management to increase online sales and visibility.
- Collaborate with external agencies freelancers and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends market changes and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support their efforts.
Candidate:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in marketing preferably in the retail or food industry.
- Strong understanding of both offline and online marketing strategies with a track record of successful campaign execution.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management Google Analytics email marketing software etc.).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Passion for confectionery products and an understanding of consumer behavior in the food retail sector is a plus.
