Marketing Specialist

• 5 years in Marketing
• Experience in offline and online marketing for consumer business preferably food /retail industry
• Must have handled agencies / vendors

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the brands products and services across offline and online channels.
• Plan and execute engaging offline campaigns including but not limited to print media events collaborations and promotions to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
• Manage online marketing efforts including social media campaigns email marketing SEO/SEM content creation and website management to increase online sales and visibility.
• Collaborate with external agencies freelancers and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends market changes and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and support their efforts.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
• 5 years of proven experience in marketing preferably in the retail or food industry.
• Strong understanding of both offline and online marketing strategies with a track record of successful campaign execution.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management Google Analytics email marketing software etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities with a resultsdriven mindset.
• Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for confectionery products and an understanding of consumer behavior in the food retail sector is a plus.
