• Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
• Define, drive and follow up the day-to-day marketing communications activities as well as long-term marketing communications strategy
• Partner with channel partners marketing teams, product marketing and sales to help develop and execute marketing tactics to achieve marketing goals
• Create various communications deliverables, including but not limited to presentations, news releases, media/analyst pitches, articles, case studies, videos, data sheets, internal and external surveys, internal and executive communications, and other thought leadership material
• Help maintain the Communication Channels, be it internal or external such as website, ensuring content and key messages are relevant, accurate and consistent with branding and positioning and strategy
• Build and maintain positive relationships with the media
