Major global banking, tech, and healthcare organizations rely on xorlab to boost the effectiveness of their email security stack. xorlab is a European security company headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.

In the last year we have quickly grown to a international team of 29 people in Switzerland and Poland. As we continue scaling up into a global SaaS cybersecurity company, we are looking for a results-oriented, independent and pragmatic Lead Finance and Legal to support our Head of Operations.

Tasks

  • Define and execute a marketing operations strategy that enables efficient marketing execution, performance measurement, and intelligent decision-making at scale.
  • Manage all technical aspects and integrations of key marketing systems (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc.). Evaluate new technologies and add-ons to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
  • Support marketing with forms, workflows, landing pages, emails, list, reports and A/B testing.
  • Analyze and report on marketing and sales insights; share findings and implement optimization strategies across marketing tech stack and channels.
  • Ensure proper lead flow through workflows for webinars, ebooks, trials, and demos.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute multi-channel campaigns with a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer s journey.
  • Monitor compliance such as GDPR, cookies, privacy etc.

Requirements

  • Strong track record of successfully building or/and managing MOPS function in high-tech B2B
  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation/marketing operations
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with HubSpot
  • Clear understanding of SaaS B2B data and campaign reporting requirements and best practices, with the ability to collaborate on analytics models and reporting tools
  • Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills, with experience working with multiple teams and managing multiple projects
  • Ability to identify and select new tools to add to the marketing stack and roll out integration and adoption processes across the business
  • Extremely organized, data & tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or similar
