An experienced Marketing Manager who has a love of graphic design is needed to join an international entertainment provider and visitor attraction operator in Bournemouth. Expect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Bournemouth Piers vibrant scene! From shaping captivating brands to crafting compelling internal and external communications youll harness the power of both traditional and digital channels to captivate audiences and drive success.

Since its construction in the mid19th century Bournemouth Pier has become more than just a historic landmark. Hosting a variety of events throughout the year from live music performances to familyfriendly activities it has solidified its status as a mustvisit destination for both locals and tourists. With its rich history diverse entertainment options and breathtaking coastal views Bournemouth Pier remains a beloved symbol of the seaside town attracting visitors from near and far.

The Marketing Manager will oversee a wide range of marketing activities for businesses on Bournemouth Pier including events family activity centre & zip wire retail and catering outlets. From conducting cuttingedge research to analysing and reporting web and social media trends youll uncover insights that propel each business. Youll unleash your creativity by generating compelling news articles and press releases that capture the attention of difference audiences. Managing partnerships with photographers bloggers and influencers youll forge exciting collaborations that elevate presence. With the small Marketing team by your side youll craft engaging digital campaigns whilst taking charge of the marketing budget ensuring every penny is maximised for impact while also curating captivating visuals for the photography and video bank.

To qualify: You could be a Marketing Manager / Brand Manager / Communications Manager / Digital Marketing Manager or similar we dont mind as long as your CV demonstrates:

• Experience in a similar marketing manager role leisure business experience would be a bonus but isnt required.
• Experience of developing a marketing strategy and campaign management.
• Strong skills in social media and digital marketing.
• A positive attitude with a focus on exceptional customer service.
• Excellent time management multitasking and organisational skills.
• Effective problemsolving abilities and quickthinking.
• You are an excellent team player with outstanding communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
• You are capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge/experience with Adobe Photoshop or other Adobe CS tools preferred.
• The ability to write briefs for design photography and videography tasks.
• Experience in managing a small team.
• Experience in managing budgets.
