Responsibilities:

• Craft comprehensive marketing strategies for designated segments within the composites and adhesives industries.
• Deepen your understanding of value chains key drivers and value creation processes in these sectors.
• Take charge of assigned segments grasping their unique needs and technical intricacies.
• Develop and implement strategies to introduce our clients existing portfolio with compelling value propositions.
• Gather and analyze regional insights and data relevant to composites and adhesives.
• Foster innovation by exploring new ideas assessing opportunities and prioritizing applications and segments.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and objectives effectively.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve.
• Drive brand visibility by organizing and participating in marketing events.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Possess 5 years of experience in Business Development Technical Service Product Management or Sales within multinational environments including at least 2 years in Marketing.
• Previous involvement in the composites adhesives or chemical industry is advantageous.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Proficient in marketing tools and technologies with strong analytical skills particularly in MS Excel.
• Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent project management multitasking and decisionmaking skills.
• A datadriven mindset coupled with creativity to drive success.
• Solid business acumen and problemsolving abilities.
• A collaborative team player accustomed to working in multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Science Marketing Business or a related field.
• An MBA qualification is considered a plus.
