- Create and develop a culturally relevant strategic marketing plan that contributes to achieving the business objectives that includes a business review, sources of growth, Brand Audit, measurable goals, Department plans and a measurement plan.
- Create and execute a tactical marketing calendar that delivers the marketing strategy which includes objectives, target identification, key strategies, Marketing and Media calendars and a measurement plan.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
