• Research, prospect and establish leads for new corporate deals.
• Set appointments & meetings with the new prospect partners to present proposals to decision makers and sign partnership contracts if required.
• Organize special events to promote and educate existing & new partners about WHAM services.
• Build lasting relationships with our corporate partners & event's organizers.
• Coordinating and managing partnership accounts.
• Explore new channels to attract new clients.
• Manage expense budgets related to the implementation and execution of events and activations.
• Search & participate in relevant upcoming events to reach our target segment.
• Plan the content, budget and coordination of each event keeping in mind the requirements of each event.
• Prepare the materials, documents and products needed for all events & activations.
• Submit required reports about events and partnership deals or any reports assigned by the marketing manager.
• Coordinate with the suppliers for the best products and materials price quotations & quality.
• Develop and execute digital content ideas under the supervision of the marketing manager.
• Manage the execution of the digital content with the videographer and social media executive under the supervision of the marketing manager.
• Work as an assistant producer with the videographer to shoot the in-clinic content (managing the clinic booking and the Doctor’s appointments).
• Responsible for mobile video/photo shooting the daily in-clinic content (procedure and doctor).
• Supervise the Marketing Assistant in some of the events and suppliers related tasks.
