- Copywriting skills in both Arabic and English is a must!
- Passionate about all things social media, loves to communicate and engage with our online customers and creates interesting and out-of-the-box content
- Is aware of all the latest Social Media trends and processes for analytics, hashtags, content creation etc.
- Community management: Effectively engage with our followers. Assist in customer service issues from all our social media platforms and coordinate with the relevant internal departments
- Content creation: Support the planning of social media calendars, which include supporting photo shoots, copywriting brand-focused messages for regular scheduled posts, attending events and activations for the purpose of Instagram stories etc.
