Position: Marketing Coordinator

Position Address: Melbourne CBD

Organisational Unit: Cards

Work Type: Contract finishing June 2024

Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager Pay (Cards)

A 4month contract opportunity has become available for a Marketing Coordinator to join a financial services organisation; 4 days a week to design and execute on key strategic campaigns for a Cards portfolio migration. It is expected the role will require customer communication and marketing campaign management experience using a range of 1:1 media including SMS email and a strong focus on direct mail.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing the development and delivery of direct marketing/servicing communications through eDM DM SMS (through Responsys or Salesforce) and manage external thirdparty suppliers with a focus on migration related activities.

Be proficient in creative data and vendor briefs.

Detailed orientated and ability to review and manage feedback and approvals with Legal and Compliance counsel and other key stakeholders.

Liaise and coordinate agencies and vendors ensuring campaign and service deliverables are on brief on time and within budget.

Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and teams (as required) building relationships with key stakeholder groups including Project team Marketing Product Analytics Legal Compliance and thirdparty suppliers.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

35 years B2C experience in delivering end to end multichannel (DM SMS eDM online) within financial services or telecommunications.

Previous experience with either Salesforce or Responsys CRM

Ability to liaise with broad groups of stakeholders and lead initiatives when required.

Understanding of customer drivers in product adoption customer engagement and usage.

A team player who networks across the business working in true collaboration with wider teams for successful execution.

Customer focused with a passion for delivering a compelling customer experience and communications.

Forward thinking with an eye for detail.

Highly adaptable and works well in a fastpaced environment.

Selfmotivated and well organised

More details about the role

Melbourne CBD based opportunity at client office 4 days a week. Location may vary pending collaboration required with other stakeholders in the project.
