Implement Marketing and Communications Strategies

• Implement marketing and communications strategy for marketing Venture Lab brand, events and activities
• Develop and edit newsletters, email campaigns and blog articles
• Prepare briefs for different partners that support Venture Lab activities
• Respond to inquiries with regards to Venture Lab activities, events and offerings online and offline
• Source visuals, photography and videography for V-Lab’s needs
• Maintain Venture Lab communication guidelines and their enforcement with stakeholders
• Co-develop and implement a digital marketing strategy with the V-Lab marketing and communications manager that is aligned with V-Lab strategic goals

Build and Maintain Strong Social Media Outlets and Digital Marketing Plan

• Manage V-Lab’s social media accounts, customer service, graduate’s relations
• Run full-fledged campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok
• Launch and grow TikTok account
• Moderate social media accounts expand audience across social media channels and implement collaborations and partnerships
• Design, record, write and edit content tailored for each platform
• Report bi-annually on digital presence, social media performance and provide recommendations
• Monitor and analyze latest social media trends and make recommendations for utilization

Outreach and Representation

• Work with other members of the team to develop marketing and communication plans for acceleration events and outreach activities as needed
• Update and maintain V-Lab website in terms of content and design to reflect accurate and timely positioning
• Raise awareness about V-Lab’s different programs and services online and offline
• Actively attend ecosystem events to follow market trends and represent V-Lab
• Follow and promote V-Lab entrepreneurs’ updates and milestones
• Assist in managing V-Lab interns and work study team members
• Work with freelance and contract-based service providers to ensure accurate brand representation and timely delivery
• Write proposals for awards, conferences and so on
• Update internal stakeholders about latest achievements and track impact
• Assist marketing and communications manager with event design and execution
• Communicate achievements and milestones to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist on any other marketing and communication needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
