    We are seeking a highly analytical, innovative and detail-oriented Market Research and Innovation Analyst to join our technology-focused company. As a Market Research Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive intelligence to inform our product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions of innovative ideas.

    Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with technological advancements, industry regulations, and market trends in the technology sector.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and share insights internally to drive innovation and business growth for our organization and our clients. Identify patterns, opportunities, and innovative solutions to drive the conceptualization of new products and new lines of business. Collaborate with teams to drive the implementation of innovative ideas and strategies based on market research insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research objectives, formulate research questions, and identify the specific technology markets and segments to focus on.
  • Data Collection: Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant data, including market reports, industry publications, competitor analysis, and customer feedback. Utilize various methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data mining to collect valuable insights.
  • Monitor and analyze technology trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in our industries (and our client’s industries). Stay updated with market dynamics, technological innovations, and disruptive forces that may impact our products and services.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify key competitors, their products, pricing, market positioning, and unique selling propositions. Evaluate competitor strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities and challenges for our offerings.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and adoption behaviors regarding technology solutions and services. Analyze customer data, feedback, and market research findings to identify market opportunities, user personas, and target segments.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to provide insights and recommendations on product features, enhancements, and innovation opportunities based on market research and analysis. Assist in the evaluation of product-market fit and make data-driven recommendations for product roadmaps.
  • Assist in the development of market entry strategies for new products or expansion into new markets. Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making regarding pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Compile research findings, insights, and recommendations into clear, concise reports, presentations, and visualizations. Present findings to stakeholders, including senior management, product teams, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the development of innovation-focused frameworks to identify and prioritize new ideas and solutions under a matrix that contemplates the size of the opportunity, impact and feasibility as well as the alignment with the company's goals.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, market research, data analytics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in market research analysis, preferably within the technology/consultancy industry. The exposure to different industries will be valued.
  • Additional experience in workforce management & talent management strategies and the education industry will be valued.
  • Experience in modelling innovation frameworks to analyze the feasibility and business opportunities of new ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of technology markets, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies, data collection techniques, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficient in using market research tools and databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
