Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on HRrelated matters.
Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Revamping HR process and policies and implement revised KPI and KRA accordingly.
2. Change Management:
Design implement and maintain HRIS software to meet organizational needs.
Lead HR initiatives related to organizational change mergers and acquisitions.
Support leadership in managing transitions and fostering a culture of resilience.
Developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
3. Talent Acquisition and Management:
Oversee the recruitment process ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
Develop effective sourcing strategies to meet staffing needs.
Implement performance management systems to assess and develop employee skills.
4. Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.
Lead employee engagement efforts including recognition programs feedback mechanisms and communication strategies.
Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and fair manner.
5. HR Operations and Compliance:
Framing and maintaining documents in terms of SOP JD and other framework policies etc.
Oversee HR operations including payroll benefits administration and HRIS management.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws regulations and hospital policies.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
6. Learning and Development:
Identify training and development needs to support employee growth and career progression.
Implementing skill based training.
Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training programs.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
