CrossTab is a leading IT company operating in the banking sector based in Mumbai. We specialize in providing software solutions and technical project management for cross-functional projects using the software development life cycle process. Our expertise lies in delivering applications in the BFSI domain and we are committed to using Agile methodology to ensure rapid and efficient software delivery.

Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager Development-Java to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for technical project management on cross-functional projects, with a focus on delivering applications in the BFSI domain. You will lead a team of 5-10 developers and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise applications. Your responsibilities will also include stakeholder management, including client interaction, senior management collaboration, and coordination with external vendors.

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

10-12 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 years in technical project management.
Proven experience in delivering applications in the BFSI domain.
Strong background in software delivery and development using Agile methodology.
Hands-on experience in Java and J2EE platforms, including Spring, design patterns, Cloud, Microservices Architecture, Angular UI framework, and CICD.
Experience leading a team of 5-10 developers.
Deep understanding of enterprise applications in the BFSI domain.
Knowledge of the latest technology frameworks and platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
