Job Description

An Air Shuttles Service Company providing airlift transportations is currently hiring for a Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify highpotential largescale business opportunities aligned with the companys strategic objectives.
Develop and execute effective strategies to enter new markets and build a robust pipeline of significant opportunities.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Chief Executive/directorslevel executives and key decisionmakers within target organizations.
Lead and manage the entire sales cycle for complex highvalue deals from initial engagement to contract closure. This includes crafting compelling proposals delivering persuasive presentations and skillfully navigating negotiations.
Understand client business needs and challenges deeply and effectively articulate the value proposition of our solutions in a way that resonates with senior leadership.
Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline providing regular updates and forecasts to the MD and the Group Chairman Work closely with internal teams (Operations Legal Accounts) to ensure seamless deal execution and client onboarding.
Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities and provide insightful reports on progress and achievements.
Act as a strong ambassador for the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. An MBA or a relevant advanced degree will be a plus.
Minimum of 610 years of proven experience in business development or sales with a demonstrable track record of consistently closing large complex deals Knowledge of the Oil/gas Industry and Aviation will be an advantage.

However a lack of knowledge of the sectors does not disqualify an applicant.
Exceptional networking and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with Chief Executive/Directorlevel executives. Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and the ability to articulate complex value propositions effectively. Excellent negotiation presentation and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach. Selfmotivated highly driven and resultsoriented with a strong sense of urgency and a "hunter" mentality.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the business landscape in Lagos Abuja is highly desirable. Personal Attributes:
