- Manage Accounts Payable for Press
- Ensure payments are processed in a timely manner according to agreed payment terms, so as to maintain smooth and good business relationship with all vendors.
- Audit all purchasing invoices for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and appropriateness prior to payment in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure creditors accounts are reconciled and regular statements are received from all vendors / publishers.
- Manage necessary documentation is communicated to Controller Office promptly after liaising with vendors and distribution center.
- Manage Cost of Goods Sold, General expenses for Press
- Responsible for posting unit cost on system after confirming the cost elements with the production, make sure that all cost lines are recorded and confirmed with the production.
- Participate in the annual inventory process and audit of the Press.
- Audit petty cash funds.
