Description:

  • Job Title: M&A Analyst
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Reports To: Head of M&A
  • Location: Poland or Germany
  • Education : Graduate degree level or above in finance or similar
  • Language : English Polish and German Mandatory

Scope of the position

We have exciting plans to further expand our operations in Poland. This is a new position and we are currently recruiting to our Merger & Acquisition team. In this position you will report directly tot the Head of M&A and your main scope of work relates to support the M&A Managers in the sourcing execution and postclosing activities of the acquisitions AniCura is understanding. You will work independently on a large number of tasks related to the acquisition process from starttoend.

  1. Sourcing:
    • Conduct strategic market analysis.
    • Profile individual clinics.
    • Provide overviews of the veterinary industry.
  2. Proposals:
    • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data of potential acquisitions.
    • Develop financial and valuation models.
    • Create investment proposals for internal governance.
  3. Deal Execution:
    • Coordinate due diligence processes.
    • Assess and incorporate due diligence outcomes.
    • Update financial and valuation models.
  4. Post Signing/Closing:
    • Coordinate signing and closing activities.
    • Support clinic handover to AniCura functions.
    • Liaise with other departments for postacquisition integration.
  5. General Support:
    • Assist headquarters with M&A department management tasks

Next to M&A process the M&A Analyst can get involved in greenfield projects and other business development activities as well as certain strategic analyses.
