Maintenance Technician

At Videoslots were passionate about providing the best possible gaming experience for our customers. We believe that a wellmaintained workplace is crucial to our success. As such we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to help us keep our office premises in top condition.

The role

Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance across the two Videoslots buildings. The function requires to resolve any maintenance activities throughout the office premises including maintaining plumbing and electrical systems as well as carpentry as needed in accordance with health and safety regulations. The goal is to ensure the office is wellcared for and adequate to support the companys business operations.

Tasks

Responsibilities

• Proactively ensure that the building and its surroundings (including roof and garage) is always kept at a high standard and in good order.
• Check and maintain electrical systems of buildings to ensure the functionality.
• Respond to emergency calls for maintenance/electricity.
• General installations and repairs including of office furniture.
• Take charge of carpentry electrical mechanical and plumbing repairs
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of different events.
• Assist in general cleaning painting and repair work.
• Pickup and delivery of supplies and materials to the office where needed.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures complying with legal codes.
• General preventative maintenance and any other duties that might occur.
• Conduct a daily check of office facilities including Generator using a daily check list.
• Purchasing of DIY materials for ad hoc tasks.

• Possess a positive and a cando attitude with a flexible approach.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Great problemsolving skills and capable.
• Good knowledge on small electrical work.
