Job Description

As part of our clients planned expansion and improved offering to the market we are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Brand Development Manager to join their team. The Brand Development Manager will work on a centralised position in strong collaboration with other department heads to establish healthy brand growth and consistency in accordance with the budget goals and strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with verticals such as Service Delivery Marketing SEO CRM Payments Customer Interaction Site Business Intelligence Sportsbook and Games of Chance to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with vertical leaders to follow up on performance metrics discuss strategic initiatives and gather insights.
  • Create comprehensive reports that track vertical performance against KPIs and inform strategic decisions by the Commercial Partner and Commercial Manager.
  • Participate in the development of annual strategies and action plans for each vertical ensuring they are geared towards achieving the companys yearly goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
  • Stay informed about the performance of each brand bringing forward growth ideas supporting them with actionable plans and leading the implementation of these initiatives.

Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
    • 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role preferably in iGaming
    • Strong understanding of performance marketing and the key metrics that drive success in the space
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
    • Strong understanding of business goals
