Location United States Remote

Reporting Relationship This position reports to the Director of Maintenance 

Essential Functions
  • Act as the first line of defense for the R&M team with reviewing approving and escalating estimates submitted for approval by our R&M partners
  • Acts as a liaison between R&M partners Property Managers and My Community Homes to ensure customers are delighted with the maintenance experience 
  • Timely and effective management of R&M partners portal
  • Evaluation of maintenance requests to identify resident responsibility for resident chargebacks and provide a chargeback recommendation
  • Research required information using multiple systems and resources to determine when a maintenance request should fall under a warranty or workmanship classification
  • Manages R&M portion of HOA Violation trackers and dispatches work to maintenance vendors as necessary
  • Manages Resident Credit Request trackers and provides suggestions for management
  • Identifies and escalates priority issues when necessary
  • Analyzes and thinks critically about incoming inquiries to help develop future processes and structures to streamline and grow customer service processes and models
  • Proactively identifies root causes of issues and makes recommendations for process improvements future state
  • Carry out other duties as assigned that are in the best interests of the company while being a champion for My Community Homes Core Values


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Multifamily SFR Military Housing maintenance experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Available to work flexible hours which may include some weekends and evenings
  • Available to offer support for afterhours R&M Partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • years property management experience is a plus
  • Familiar with reviewing maintenance metrics (ie reporting and dashboards)
  • Experience responding to customer emails
  • General to strong maintenance acumen
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
  • Familiar/strong with using MS Office Outlook and Internet applications
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Superb accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problemsolving skills as well as a sense of urgency around significant customer issues
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Adaptable to feedback and requested changes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills genuinely friendly and approachable
  • Strong customer service skill
