Preparing a work plan for the short and long-term maintenance of machines in the factory and buildings. .Planning the day-to-day work in the factory and distributing the work to the maintenance department employees. .
Organizing the time of workers in the maintenance department, issuing instructions and directions, and assigning tasks to them. .
Organizing the preventive maintenance plan for the plant, equipment and machinery, and following up on the implementation plans .
Organizing the preventive maintenance plan for the factory buildings and equipment and following up the implementation.
