Bank of Jordan, a leading financial institution in Jordan, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer at Bank of Jordan, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the bank's physical infrastructure, including buildings, facilities, and equipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and functional environment for our employees, customers, and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of the bank's physical infrastructure and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address any issues or repairs needed
- Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance activities, both internally and with external service providers
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards during maintenance and repair activities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and procedures
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance and energy consumption to identify potential areas for optimization
- Prepare reports, budgets, and cost estimates for maintenance projects and activities
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in maintenance engineering
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building systems, equipment maintenance, and related technologies
- Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple maintenance projects and tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environmen
