Maintenance and accounts technician

Xero Consultant.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:

• Implement and set up Xero for clients, including integration with other software (Dear/ApprovalMax/Xero Practice Manager/etc.).
  
• Quick learner must be able to learn new programs/software.
  
• Train clients on the use and functionality of Xero.
  
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot technical issues.
  
• Work with clients to streamline their accounting processes using Xero.
  
• Utilize Xeros add-ons and integrations to enhance clients workflow.
  
• Provide guidance on best practices for using Xero.
  
• Stay up-to-date with new Xero features and advancements.
  

Skills required:

• Strong experience with Xero and bookkeeping.
  
• Must be able to provide training to clients.
  
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  
• Familiarity with other accounting software and integrations.
  
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Adaptability to new technologies and software.
  
• Own transport is preferable.
  
• After hours and weekend work will be discussed in the interview as it is required from time to time.
  
• You will be working remotely; however, you will have to travel from time to time to clients all over South Africa.
