• Responsible for invoice payment preparation, invoice tracking, and all follow up
. • Responsible for the day to day operation and administration of the system including adding and deleting users, creation of standard pm schedules, adding and deleting assets / stores where required
. • Implementing and monitoring the Planned Preventative Maintenance regime that meets manufacturer / franchisor requirements and improves the performance of our assets.
• Responsible for the tracking, creating, changing and updating of work orders where required. • Provide assistance to all outside contractors as needed to ensure swift repairs.
• Ensure where possible priority is given to all legal compliance and safety activities in order to comply with all regulations
. • Support in overseeing all daily maintenance work requests and ensure a seamless workflow providing efficient planning, scheduling and execution of the same.
• Support in the production of robust reporting which provides KPI data, management insights and root cause analysis.
