Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests in getting to their rooms
Review monitors and conduct daily inspections of physical hazards
Respond to incidents and assist customers and employees in emergency situations
Calming conflict situations and escorting people outside the organization if necessary
Conduct investigations, collect evidence, and conduct interviews with those involved
Complete appropriate shift reports and ensure the confidentiality of all documents related to the protection of property and persons
