Logistics Supervisor

Job Description

• Advanced forecasting activities associated with Sales channels following the forecasting statistical methods to ensure accurate demand planning.
• Working on new ways to make sales target contributions more accurate and efficient to avoid distributors’ over-stocks and missed sales opportunities.
• Coordinate orders and shipments, documents, import collection, and follow-ups.
• Order, track and report inventory and deliveries.
• Arrange and track shipments for the import process and prepare documents for export process.
• Prepare Pre-Clearance documents for inbound shipments.
• Arrange required documents and booking for outbound shipments.
• Arrange shipments as per international shipping platforms.
• Invoicing shipments as per landed costs to the system.
• Ensure cost-efficient purchases in a timely manner.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Undertakes researches, analysis, and reports preparations.
• Support on other tasks when required and any other related tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any similar field.
• Proficiency in the English language both verbally and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is preferable. SAP knowledge is a plus.
