Logistics Specialist Outsourced Contract

Responsibilities:
• - You will be daily attendance at EDA premises with full coordination with EDA dedicated team concerning DX submissions and concerns settlement.
• You will be responsible for all official fees and charges payments for submissions and other EDA fees for all DX shipments.
• You will be responsible for following up all DX EDA Approval’s and receiving it all from EDA office and hand it over to Siemens Logistics team for customs clearance.
• You will be responsible for support on EDA Pharmaceutical inspections process at W/H for all gated out restricted shipments.
• You will be responsible for NODCAR quality inspection reports follow-up, with full alignment between official inspector and our technical/sales team for samples running at private lab’s sites.
• You will be responsible for registering new affiliates at EDA licensing department to updating Siemens’s product list.
• You will be responsible for EDA licenses expiry dates and renewal process at EDA before expiration date.
