Logistics Sales Supervisor

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Cairo Egypt.

Our client is one of the leading companies in the field of Logistics.

Job description

• Responsible for generating new business leads and securing new clients.
• Arranging and conducting one to one sales visits to new clients & regularly visiting existing customers.
• Organize and oversee the schedules territories and performance of sales executives.
• Come up with new market scanning tactics and ensure new team members are on top of their districts.
• Make sales presentation to new prospects.
• Plan and organize sales outline for subordinates.
• Provide periodic sales report activity to manager.
• Maintain records on CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints staffing problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient
• sales operations.
• Comply to ISOrules and guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Marketing Business administration / Commerce or any related fields.
• At least 57 years of experience in sales function.
• Shipping and freight forwarding experience.
• Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic.
• Proficient in computer skills especially concerning CRM software and tools.
