Ø monitoring and analysing logistical indicators in his/her zone
Ø assessment of the logistical capacities of his/her zone
Ø support to Project Coordinator in the assessment of their needs
Ø establishing effective internal logistics management system - asset management forms, fleet management forms, inventory documents, distribution reports, supplier/service provider list, and other pertinent document/system relating to his/her zone
Ø controlling fleet management (rented vehicle along with driver)
