The team is looking for two strong midsenior level litigation attorneys with experience in labor and employment commercial litigation civil litigation or insurance defense litigation The salary is a mix of a base comp which is determined based on experience and bonuses

This is a hybrid role ( days in office days at home)


Duties and Responsibilities
Defend and litigate a diverse array of employmentrelated claims and agency charges of discrimination
Represent employers in court administrative agencies mediations and employmentrelated arbitrations handling matters such as class/collective actions discrimination harassment retaliation contract disputes employment torts and noncompete cases
Provide comprehensive advice and counsel to employers on various labor and employment laws and regulations

Skills and Educational Requirements
JD from an ABAaccredited law school with exceptional academic credentials
years of litigation experience in labor and employment commercial litigation civil litigation or insurance defense litigation
Active NV bar admission or the ability to obtain admission promptly
Familiarity with current court and employmentrelated agency procedures (state and federal)
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Detailoriented with a commitment to excellence
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational time management and project management skills
Dedication to professionalism collegiality and teamwork coupled with the ability to work independently on various projects
