Light Current Engineer (Construction)

Job Description

• Design Light Current system (Fire alarm, CCTV, access control, TV, audio visual, nurse calling, public address, car parking, digital signage, active components, intercom).
• Reviewing and approving Light Current shop drawings submitted by the contractor according to codes and specs.
• Checking materials and equipment’s delivered on site based on the relevant construction phase approved submittals.
• Supervising the Light Current construction works installation (fire alarm system, structured cabling system, security system, intercom system, T.V system, active component, Public address system, Audio visual system).
• Reviewing the site record drawings (Red line drawings & As-built drawings).
• Assisting site manager for following up the execution rates and preparing the needed reports.

Job Requirements

• Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree
• 4-8 years of experience in the same role
• Experience in contracting/construction field is a must
• Have light current design background
• Excellent in using AutoCAD, Microsoft office (Excel, Word).
