- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in law, public administration, political science, or in a related field of work.
- Knowledge of Jordanian legislation and policies related to INGO work in the country
- Knowledge of governance and administrative structures within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, experience from working inside a governmental structure considered an asset.
- Experience in humanitarian work is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and diplomatic approach
- Ability to operate and work independently
- Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
- Good computer skills in Ms word, excel, PowerPoint..etc.
- To be successful in this role we expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a government or government liaison role. Previous experience in a similar role in an INGO is an added advantage.
