- Collect data, documentation and any validation process needed on a regular basis to measure and double check the achievement against the performance indicators.
- Update activity dashboards and trackers required to track indicators monthly.
- Support the Senior MEL Specialist to develop Performance Indicator Reference Sheets (PIRS).
- Support Senior MEL Specialist in conducting Data Quality Assessments (DQAs) if requested from the client.
- Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyze and aggregate findings, ensure continuous updating of the Gantt Chart.
- Support project progress reporting for monthly, quarterly and project end reports as well as reporting on GIS, DEVResults and any other needed system.
- Assist Senior MEL Specialist to monitor grants, conduct data validation and ensure data is archived on the shared folder.
- Conduct monitoring field visits to verify collected data or monitor the implementation of interventions.
- Assist Senior MEL Specialist in any other assigned duties.
