* Coordinating with 3PL on daily operations, managing KPI Expectations, and maintain a close relationship
* Monitor, supervise, and execute order management and fulfillment system
* Reduce Order Turn Time by monitoring scheduling platforms to ensure that orders are being scheduled and delivered as quickly as possible
* Answer customer inquiries and facilitate order fulfillment requests
* Monitor, report and improve logistics KPIs
* Audit and provide clear instruction and feedback to third party delivery partners regarding objective and subjective KPI
