- Supervise the legal reform team (six direct reports)
- Oversee the process mapping and reengineering process with the Electronic Referral System Specialist
- Build and manage successful working relationships with justice sector stakeholders and partners
- Recommend legislative and policy changes that integrate a trauma-informed care lens to domestic violence case management and prosecution
- Recommend structural changes and systems that address structural barriers that limit access to justice institutions (including criminal, civil, and religious courts), legal services, and information for survivors of domestic violence
