Our Client financial institution based in Malta is looking for a Legal Manager that under the direct supervision of the Head of Risk and Compliance will coordinate with legal firms representing the bank and will be providing internal support for various legal aspects.
Tasks
- Supporting Company Secretarial tasks.
- Recording minutes during Board and other Committee meetings.
- Monitoring and following up on pending legal cases.
- Regularly reviewing the Banks product Terms and Conditions and other agreements.
- Collaborating with external legal firms and Regulatory Authorities when necessary.
- Assisting the Data Protection Officer with legal matters.
Requirements
- Locally based and settled in Malta
- Must have 2 years post graduate experience in a legal position
- Masters Degree Legal Warrant
- Banking and Financial Services experience is a huge plus
