- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Certificate of admission as attorney.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience either in a commercial contract position, in-house paralegal or a legal procurement department.
- Experience in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Creative and strategic, exercising strong judgment, and being proactive and innovative in solving problems that affect business stakeholders;
- Be flexible and comfortable with change, and have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, strong organizational skills, and the ability to easily switch gears;
- Proven negotiation skills, and are comfortable dealing with all levels of our organization
- Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills
- Proactive approach to recognizing needs, anticipating issues, and solving problems
