Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and corporate governance principles.
Draft and review contracts agreements and legal documents.
Manage corporate secretarial functions including board meetings and documentation.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings as required.
Superintend Board and Shareholder related issues.
Interface with regulators on a constant basis.
A bachelors or masters degree in law (LLB or LLM) from a reputable and accredited institution.
Thorough knowledge of corporate governance legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated expertise in managing legal affairs contracts and negotiations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Applicants must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate to Abuja.
