Permanent contract with Sutton Council
Job Summary:
These roles would be regarded as front line service delivery roles. Here role holders are directly accountable for performance often through the direct control of significant resources or through managed contracts. These roles may also deliver some of their results through collaborative working with coproducers or other third party agencies.
Key Duties/Accountabilities:
To lead on the planning provision and evaluation of aquatic therapy services
To lead on the development provision and review of physiotherapy services and clinics for people with complex postural management needs
Lead on the development and improvement of access to community physiotherapy services and learning disability physiotherapy services in order to ensure improved outcomes
Essential Experience Required:
Experience of working with people with learning disabilities
Led on or contributed to local service/team development or project work
Experience of multidisciplinary team working in a Community Learning Disability team setting
Essential Qualifications Required:
- Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy
HCPC registration
Sound level of evidence based clinical practice
Additional information to note:
36 Hours Per week

Ability to manage and supervise staff Excellent management of own and others case load Ability to carry out physical activities in relation to land and water-based interventions Business skills, such as, Fwi, Google, Excel, Word Negotiation and problem solving Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client, carers and other partners, using appropriate systems
