- Support the provision of learning solutions to internal clients (business functions and Country Offices (COs)) according to the latest learning and development trends and standard methodologies;
- Assist with the identification and development of appropriate design and delivery mechanisms to meet the needs of target audience;
- Provide support to the development of learning needs analysis, and formulation of learning strategies;
- Own the development of a wide-range of learning solutions (online and blended), related to both internal functional learning and cross-functional skills;
- Design and deliver training interventions and sessions, both face-to-face and remotely as needed;
