Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Leadership Coach to inspire guide and mentor leaders at all levels within our organization. As an integral part of our team you will play a transformative role in unlocking the full potential of our leaders and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to executives managers and emerging leaders helping them develop selfawareness enhance their leadership capabilities and achieve their professional goals.
• Design and facilitate leadership development programs workshops and training sessions that align with organizational objectives and address key competencies and areas for growth.
• Utilize evidencebased coaching methodologies and assessments to identify strengths challenges and opportunities for leadership development and continuous improvement.
• Foster a supportive and empowering coaching environment building trust rapport and authenticity in coaching relationships.
• Collaborate closely with HR talent development and organizational leaders to assess leadership needs design tailored interventions and measure the impact of coaching initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging research in leadership development and coaching integrating new insights and approaches into coaching methodologies and programs.
• Champion a culture of learning growth and accountability inspiring leaders to embrace change embrace feedback and lead with integrity and resilience.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Psychology Organizational Development Coaching or related field preferred.
• Professional coaching certification (e.g. ICF IAC ICC) and/or advanced training in leadership development and coaching methodologies.
• Proven track record of success as a leadership coach consultant or facilitator preferably within a global or multinational organization.
• Deep understanding of leadership theory emotional intelligence and adult learning principles with the ability to apply theoretical concepts to realworld leadership challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport build trust and facilitate meaningful conversations with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving sustainable behavior change and measurable results.
• Proficiency in coaching tools and assessments (e.g. 360degree feedback DISC MBTI) and technology platforms for virtual coaching and collaboration.
• Flexibility to adapt coaching approaches to meet the unique needs and preferences of individual leaders and teams.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning in the fields of leadership coaching and organizational effectiveness.
