Responsibilities

1. Explain and communicate the design / development to the customer
2. Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications
3. Break down complex problems into logical components
4. Manage and guarantee high levels of cohesion and quality
5. Estimate effort time required for own work
6. Perform and evaluate test in the customer or target environment
7. Make quick decisions on technical/project related challenges
8. Team player capabilities and can manage a team mentor and handle people related issues with the team
9. Maintain high motivation levels and positive dynamics in the team.
10. Set goals for self and team. Provide feedback for team members
11. Create and articulate impactful technical presentations
12. Follow high level of business etiquette in emails and other business communication
13. Drive conference calls with customers and answer customer questions
14. Proactively ask for and help
15. Ability to work under pressure determine dependencies risks facilitate planning and handle multiple tasks.
16. Build confidence with customers by meeting the deliverables in time with quality.
17. Estimate effort time and resources required for developing / debugging features / components
18. Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
19. Ability to advise on best practices and approaches to the team and the client
20. Ability to prepare test data and steps for unit integration and production testing as per project needs.

Knowledge Examples:

• Functional and technical designing on various ERP and CRM cloud platform features and automations.
  1. Thorough knowledge of coding best practices and understanding the limitations of coding.
  2. Experience using data loader tools.
  3. Experience with production deployment and solving deployment errors.
  4. Knowledge of Agile Methods Scrum and Kanban
  5. Knowledge in integrating ERP/CRM with external systems using SOAP API REST API etc.
