Overview:

The Lead Generation Expert plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our US projects by identifying and engaging potential clients and nurturing them into sales leads. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and build a strong pipeline of opportunities for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential leads and prospects within the US market.
  • Utilizing various platforms and tools to generate leads such as LinkedIn email campaigns and cold calling.
  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that attract potential leads.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of qualified leads and regularly updating CRM systems.
  • Qualifying leads and assessing their potential to become customers.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Monitoring and analyzing lead generation activities and providing regular reports to the management team.
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion processes.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
  • Continuously improving lead generation processes and strategies based on performance feedback.
  • Participating in regular training sessions to enhance lead generation skills and knowledge.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a lead generation expert or similar role in the US market.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track leads.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to achieve and exceed set targets.
  • Ability to adapt to new lead generation tools and technologies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of best practices and industry trends in lead generation.
