Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the design team in creating highquality usercentric designs across various digital platforms
Conceptualize and execute visual design concepts that align with business objectives
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design coherence throughout the product development lifecycle
Oversee the design process from ideation to implementation while maintaining brand consistency
Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a creative and collaborative work environment
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in design quality
Communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts or related field
Proven experience as a senior designer or similar role
Expertise in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch or similar
Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and a deep understanding of usercentered design principles
Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
