Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee onsite construction activities ensuring compliance with project specifications quality standards and safety protocols.
  
• Lead and supervise a team of construction workers assigning tasks and monitoring work performance.
  
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
  
• Ensure that materials are procured and utilized efficiently minimizing waste and delays.
  
• Identify potential issues onsite and work with the team to resolve them promptly minimizing disruptions to project timelines.
  
• Prepare and present daily/weekly progress reports to senior management highlighting achievements challenges and risks.
  
• Ensure that all workers follow safety protocols identify potential hazards and conduct safety training as needed.
  
• Monitor changes in project scope or design and assess their impact on resources and timelines.
  
• Inspect completed work and ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
  
• At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  
• Relevant certifications in construction management or safety are advantageous.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies material properties and building codes.
  
• Proven ability to manage motivate and lead teams effectively.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
  
• Quick thinking and problemsolving skills to handle challenges onsite.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication to report to stakeholders effectively.
  
• Keen understanding of safety regulations and their application onsite.
